The Sexy Fitness Instructional Workshop is an educational program geared towards Fitness Instructors, Dance Instructors and Performers,
with the purpose of enhancing teaching techniques in this discipline of fused fitness and dance. It is a 3-hour intensive workshop of both
theory and practical dance and fitness, to aid and inspire participants (a.k.a. future Strip Aerobic Instructors), to create a class that is
sexy and fun for the average woman! Make sure you are ahead of the game on this new trend in fitness! The Sexy Fitness Instructional Workshop
is credited for 2 FIS CECs (Fitness Instructor Specialist Continuing Education Credits) with
CanFitPro and 3 AFLCA (Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association).
The Sexy Fitness Instructional Workshop has been hosted at various Canadian cities, such as Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Montreal, Windsor, Kitchener, Pickering, Mississauga, Oakville, London, Peterborough and Windsor. To host an instructional workshop at your facility or for a group of instructors
(minimum of 6 participants is required), please contact us.

This workshop is the continuation of the Sexy Fitness Instructional Workshop. It is an intermediate level workshop that is focused on continuing your learnings and dance developments in sexy dance. Our focus is on chair dancing, prop dancing and performance.
